Long POSITIVE post but worth the read if you're wanting to have any remodeling/repairs done to your home. After posting in a community group for recommendations we took the word of a bunch of strangers and contacted Ethan Chapman of Chapman's Construction. From our first meeting we found Ethan to be polite, honest and knowledgeable. He answered many, many questions and made it easy for us to make the best decision for our home. We chose to remove all of our old siding and replace it with vinyl. From start to finish it was the best experience we have had with any company. Ethan was always reachable and his response time was unbelievable. His crew worked from early morning til almost dark every day. They didn't leave one speck of trash behind. In fact, one day I saw one of the guys picking up tiny pieces of trash out of the driveway by hand. If you are considering having any work done on your home and want a company with integrity, dependability and quality work please contact Chapman's Construction. We don't just highly recommend them we only recommend them.

From my first contact with Chapman’s Construction after our storm damage, they went above and beyond to help walk me through each step. Help with contacting my insurance, meeting with adjusters, keeping me informed through the whole process. Phone questions were answered quickly and professionally, including being very kind! I had a son in ICU and was bedside with him and Chapman’s Construction crew went above and beyond when they were at my home. David and Trevor went out of their way to go the extra mile. My roof is beautiful and my lawn was left better than when they arrived, no debris, no nails. They are the ultimate professionals! I highly recommend Chapman’s Construction and will never use anyone else!

Chapman’s Construction recently installed a new roof on our home, and we could not be happier with the results. Troy Shearin, the lead, and Aldo Lozano, the project manager, were fantastic, as were the roofers. Troy handled the upfront details (the initial inspections, insurance, and scheduling), while Aldo oversaw the actual work, documenting everything step by step. As for the installers—they worked exceptionally hard to protect our property and complete the job correctly, even in the intense July sun. Words that come to mind to describe them are meticulous, skillful, careful, hardworking, respectful, and proud. Obviously, we recommend Chapman’s Construction without hesitation—it is a terrific company.

We had Chapman Construction come out to replace my old worn out shop roof. Project Manager Aldo Lozano and his crew showed up early, worked the entire day and got it done. I was kept informed throughout the process and it was nothing but smooth. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, the yard was gone over with a magnet to pick up loose nails and they were on their way. I would recommend having roof work done by them. Thank you all.

I cannot say enough positive comments about Chapmans Construction Company! From day one they were professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Troy Shearin a construction representative with Chapmans was so very helpful and did exactly what he said they would do. Top notch highly professional staff and kept me posted by photos and descriptions as to the progress of the construction each day. I could not be happier with how our house up fit turned out! We had stone installed over cinderblock foundation, ugly vinyl siding replaced with hardboard siding, and five doors replaced with sliding doors. Noah and team were professional and great to work with!

Shout out to Chapman's Construction.The crew completed my roof replacement this week in 2 days in this sweltering heat! God Bless 'Em! The crew worked very hard and steady resulting in a beautiful job. Enjoyed working with Aldo, he kept me informed throughout the entire project....very kind and professional. Also enjoyed working with Troy in getting the contract documents executed. Great job Chapman's...I will definitely recommend you for anyone needing work performed.

When we had storm damage to our roof right before selling our house, the process of finding and contracting with the right roofing company felt overwhelming. Chapman’s did a great job negotiating (and renegotiating!) with our insurance, following up with us, and handling the details—even after we moved.As soon as we got our insurance claim, they scheduled the project and got the full roof replaced in one day! Our contact, Cary Ard was so friendly, and our project manager, Aldo Lozano, kept us updated with pictures all along the way. Would definitely recommend them!

Chapman construction is the people to call for your roof needs.From the very beginning speaking with Troy the sales person it was so easy.He was very knowledgeable and explained their products and the warranty of their products. We were given a date of install and they were here that date and on time. Then there was the project manager by the name of Aldo Lozano which was one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met,very polite and friendly and explained exactly what was gonna happen and what to expect and approximately how much time it would take. Then there are the group of young men that worked as hard all day long as I have ever seen before,and were awesome at replacing the shingles and the osb that was damaged by water.They did an amazing job on roof very friendly and well mannered young men.They also cleaned up the debris really well, couldn't even tell they had been.I would recommend CHAPMAN CONSTRUCTION TO EVERYONE!!!

Very good work and very professional. They kept me informed about everything. They called and set up the date they would be doing the roof. Then I received a text as to what day materials would be delivered. They texted me pictures during the day so I could see progress and finished project. I would definitely use them again.

You will not be disappointed with Chapman's Construction. I have never had a better customer service experience in my life (65 years). Ethan and Noah's communications and drive for customer satisfaction is so refreshing. Chapman's demoed and put a new 50 year roof and siding on our 122 year old home, plus new gutters, fascia, soffit, etc. These historic homes are challenging to say the least, but the Chapman's professionalism, experience and commitment to a job well done was outstanding. The work ethic of this local Family owned business is incredible. I will post before and after pictures at a later date. The Chapman's made the house beautiful, but the unfinished landscaping wouldn't do the Chapman's work justice.

Some of the best group of guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They made my experience very enjoyable and very easy compared to other people I’ve hired to do jobs in the past.
